Miami HEAT Graphic Design Samples
While at the Miami HEAT, I worked on various projects as the Graphic Designer for the Learning & Development department from 2019-2021. Below are samples of my work:
Presentations
Personal Performance Objectives Workshop
PrimeTime New Hire Orientation
For our new hire orientations for part-time employees, I decided to go with a colorful, engaging design for the updated version of our slideshow — incorporating elements of the HEAT's ViceVersa campaign in the process.
Good Show, Bad Show Illustration
For our part-time employee new hire orientations, I was tasked with designing an informative exercise about the Dos and Don'ts on the job in the arena. During these orientations, new hires had to find the 12 positives and 12 negatives in my illustration to complete their training during onboarding.
The Pandemic Edition
Logo Designs
HEAT Family Discussion
An ongoing discussion about the history of social and racial injustice in Miami.
Fearless Conversations
The HEAT's internal employee dialogue series concerning racial injustice.
PrimeTime Report
Proposed design for a weekly one-page information hub for the organization's part-time employees.
The HEAT Sheet
Proposed design for the previously considered name for the PrimeTime Report.
Email Blasts and Digital Flyers
Miami HEAT Chew & Chat
Each month, Learning & Development held a "Chew & Chat," where established leaders in the organization told stories about their career experiences to other staff members. I was tasked with designing digital deliverables for these events, including the logo. For each speaker, I designed their favorite HEAT jersey with their name and starting year with the organization on the back.
